THE IDEA

More than courts.

Magic Tiger is a year-round pickleball club designed to feel like a place people actually want to spend time.

The courts are the anchor. Around them: a small coffee bar, comfortable social space, kids and family programming, clinics, leagues, corporate outings, private events, and occasional small-format cultural programming.

01

Three indoor courts

Open play, leagues, clinics, lessons, tournaments, and dependable winter play.

02

Coffee + social space

A small, thoughtful café component that gives people a reason to come early or stay after the game.

03

Kids + events

Camps, beginner programs, parties, wedding showers, team building, workshops, and community gatherings.

WHY NOW

The players are already here. The indoor home is not.

No dedicated indoor space

Harbor Country has an established pickleball community, but no dedicated indoor facility designed around year-round play, instruction, leagues, and gathering.

Visible local demand

Outdoor courts in the area see strong use when weather allows, creating a clear need for dependable indoor access during colder and less predictable months.

Existing community

The opportunity is not to invent a player base from scratch. Local players already know one another, organize games, and return to the sport consistently.

Visitors already play here

Harbor Country draws second-home owners and out-of-town visitors, including players looking for places to play while they are in the region.

WHY HARBOR COUNTRY

A regional destination with room for a year-round home.

Magic Tiger is designed for the broader Harbor Country market, not one town alone. Site selection should follow the best combination of access, zoning, parking, ceiling height, visibility, and economics.

SITE CRITERIA / REAL ESTATE

The right building matters as much as the right town.

Magic Tiger is currently evaluating opportunities across Harbor Country. The site search is intentionally broad so the best combination of zoning, economics, accessibility, and physical fit can win.
